- When Sunday rolls around and it's almost time for your Fresh Fitness circuit training - no excuses, just do it.
- When you go out for pizza, you know what your body needs. Skip the pizza and get a huge salad with a balsamic vinaigrette dressing - no excuses, just do it.
- When your alarm goes off and you are barely able to open your eyes, drop down and do just five push-ups - no excuses, just do it.
By the end of week, the more you listen to your body and do what's right, your body will thank you and you will feel so much better. This will become a trend and before you know it, you've lost the weight, you feel great, you have more energy, and your attitude is more positive. Get out there and just do it!
